BRAND NEW E-BOOK! Managing Exam Stress: From concerned to confident

Are you the parent of a teenager with exams coming up?

Can you see that your child is getting more stressed about their exams but you’re not sure how to help?
I understand this is a difficult time for you all to manage. The good news is I can help. I have been running private sessions and school workshops helping young people reduce their stress and increase their confidence for years now.
I have created an e-book for your child to give them practical tips to support both their physical and emotional wellbeing during the exam period.

We will cover: Physical support (eat, move, sleep and relax tips), emotional support (EFT tapping, confidence boosting, grounding and breathing techniques), calming product suggestions AND an exam day nerves section.

As an added bonus there is also a special support section for parents too.

Sign up today for your “Managing Exam Stress: From Concerned to Confident” e-book for the early bird price of just £27. The e-book will be available in time for the exam season in early May.  A video course will be launched soon to provide even more tips, techniques and demonstrations.

SUPPORT INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY

I am very happy to celebrate #InternationalWomensDay.

How many of you have experienced being paid less than your male peers? Feeling marginalised just because you’re a woman? Have felt vulnerable just because you’re wearing a skirt? How many female leaders do you know of? How many of your female friends do an incredible yet silent job of raising their children or managing the household? How many of your female friends have started their own business? And how many times have you downplayed your achievements or said ‘Oh it’s only a little thing?’

I am incredibly proud to be part of NYRO, who have come TOP in the world’s most ethical shopping companies, who have strong developmental and supportive links helping empower women. It’s not a nameless marketing trick, but a genuine relationship. I listened to Susan Curtis speaking yesterday on her trips to Africa and sharing her experience and photos of the great work NYRO do out there.

For example, our organic frankincense is gathered by the Samburu Tribe in northern Kenya. As well as a much needed income, the women receive a 10% social premium, which helps to support their children’s education.

So, stand up and be proud to be a woman.  You don’t always need a megaphone but can support by simply shopping with a Fairtrade company. So why not treat yourself or a wonderful girl friend and enjoy that warm, fuzzy feeling knowing 10% of your purchase goes directly to Women fow Women International. (Plus there is still £5 off selected gifts so save money for yourself AND support the charity – yes pelase!)

I’m getting really excited about finishing the Diploma course in 2 weeks time. I’ve loved studying with HEAL and am currently surrounded by books, leaflets + websites with hundreds of possible CPD courses to continue studying, learning and helping. Once you read 1 book on a subject, it leads to 5 more, which leads to 10 more…..I honestly can’t get enough about learning about the human body. It’s so incredibly fascinating and complex and I find it an honour that I get to be a ‘Health Detective’ and use kinesiology muscle testing to link different symptoms and find the root cause.

Next stop is completing the nutrition course so I can become a qualified Nutritional Advisor and consolidate my knowledge 🙂
