Trying to sum up kinesiology in a simple sentence can be frustratingly difficult sometimes as it can do so much. I thought the best way to explain it would be to share a few testimonials from clients I have treated.

Chloe, 29 , came to help her digestive discomfort:

“Just wanted to send you a quick email to tell you how AMAZING I have felt since I saw you last week. I honestly cannot begin to tell you the difference. I have been really strict with my caffeine..although I have one caffeinated green tea in the morning (just to wake me up!) and the rest decaf. And I have completely cut dairy out altogether, not even having a trace of it in anything and I feel like a different person! I really cannot thank you enough!”

Melissa Ilic, 18, came to discuss her eczema:

“I had absolutely no idea what to expect when I turned up to my kinesiology appointment. I had imagined something basic which just involved doing a few quick tests and answering some questions; hopefully to get to the bottom of my eczema which was becoming unbearable on my arms.

My first treatment was so much better than I expected and was way more interesting than I could have possibly imagined. The muscle testing was surreal but I found it very cool how Sarah was able to turn my muscles on and off without me having any known control (it reminded me of a game or some kind of puzzle). I felt completely at ease as she was working her way around testing different parts of my body; I could tell she was getting more and more clues about how my body responded and this was leading up to finding an answer. Experiencing my muscles being turned on and off was, I admit, a strange experience (but not scary or daunting) as obviously I was completely unaware of what any of it meant initially. It amazed me how she was able to use using different techniques and hand movements and this made my body respond by strengthening or weakening the muscles, one of my favourite parts was watching my muscles respond to different supplement combinations put on my stomach. It almost felt like my body was talking to her by giving her clues about what it was lacking and what needed to be further looked into.

After my treatment, I felt so much more informed about how the muscle signal link to internal organs and what could have been the underlying cause to my eczema which wasn’t being helped by any type of cream. Compared to any prescription I have been given, kinesiology has been the most successful at reducing my eczema. I have and will continue to recommend kinesiology to others because it reaches the bottom of the problem rather than just treating the symptoms. I would recommend anyone to have a treatment just to experience how cool it is, let alone find some answers which will make you healthier and much more knowledgeable.”

Kat Hodgson, 34, general health investigation and wrist injury

“I had my first experience of kinesiology with Sarah . It was absolutely fascinating and I am already feeling the benefits of my session. I am really hopeful the recommended nutritional and lifestyle changes will improve not only my overall health but also my wrist injury

For anyone interested in kinesiology, I thoroughly recommend you get in touch with Sarah and talk to her about possibilities. She is passionate, knowledgeable and committed to helping others. Plus she also has her own personal experiences of kinesiology and how it turned her life around.”

Laura Ransome, 33, digestive issues

“Sarah was born to do this: she is a fantastic kinesiologist and makes you feel at ease and comfortable straight away.

My treatment was fascinating and very helpful indeed! Finding out my coeliac disease was still contributing to some muscles being ‘out of balance’ was fascinating and I loved understanding what supplements could help + how emotions were involved. I wholeheartedly recommend Sarah to everyone!”
